Preparing for Academic Continuity
DCS is prepared to help faculty respond to disruptions to in-class meetings caused by COVID-19. Nearly half of our classrooms include built-in equipment that can be used to video conference, stream, or record class. Additionally DCS can deliver portable equipment to all of its classrooms. In the event that students or instructors are unable to attend face-to-face class meetings, this technology can help connect remote participants. In order to best help you prepare for any disruption, we have launched a new Academic Continuity section, with information pertaining to possible scenarios you might encounter. While this information is intended to help you prepare, the Digital Classroom Services Help Desk is also available to answer your specific questions.
