ALC Course Information Form

This form will help us gather information from faculty interested in using new general-purpose active learning spaces. There is no official deadline, but you are strongly encouraged to submit this information as soon as possible. The more information you can provide, the better we will understand your plans and needs for classroom space and the Active Learning Community. However, you should not feel like you need to craft a perfect description of your course. We look forward to an ongoing conversation in which plans can change and specific details can be determined at a later time. If you want to list more than one course, please submit multiple forms, but feel free to skip the questions about yourself that you have already answered.
