Michael Bowker
Job Title
Michael bears a multitude of responsibilities central to the daily operation of DCS’s support staff. Michael oversees the Help Desk, the central conduit for all faculty requests for support. He also works with the DCS Support Specialists, training them, overseeing their performance, and dispatching them to address on-campus challenges. Michael joined Rutgers after several years of corporate experience in inventory management and customer service. He is now responsible for oversight of DCS’s vast equipment inventory, semester loan program, payroll, and event oversight. Michael is also a skilled troubleshooter, adept at assisting faculty through challenges over the phone and in person.
