Matthew Wilk

Matt heads up the Technical Services and Operations side of DCS. After receiving a B.A. in Communication and Mass Media from Rutgers, Matthew managed audio/visual presentation departments at several hotels in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. He also administered programs in the Employee Development Training and Programs department at NJ Transit, where he conducted staff development courses and produced for a video conference training series on  series on management leadership. Matthew returned to Rutgers in 2000 and has since presided over the department’s expansion from the Rutgers University Libraries Media Services to Digital Classroom Services. As head of the Technical Services and Operation staff, Matthew oversees the installation and repair of all DCS classroom technology. Matthew also spearheads the research, development, and design of new DCS technologies in Rutgers classrooms. In 2008, Matthew received his Masters of Communication and information Sciences from the School of Communication and Information at Rutgers University. He is an active member of the Consortium of College and University Media Centers (CCUMC) Personal Development and Membership committees.  Interest Groups, and Higher Education Technical Managers Alliance (HETMA)
