Dan joined DCS as a Student Technician in 2008 while pursuing a B.A. in Information Technology and Infomatics. After completing his degree in 2012, Dan was promoted to Senior Support Specialist for the College Avenue campus where Dan provided advanced user support for faculty teaching in the afternoon and evening periods. As a Technical Support Specialist, he provides back up support to every campus while performing evening repairs. Dan brings to DCS diverse experience in computing customer services, sales, and repairs.
