Dan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University in 2005 and went on to complete his Master’s in Communication there in 2012. With nearly twenty-five years of dedicated service to Rutgers, he has held the position of Supervisor with Digital Classroom Services (DCS) since 2008. In this role, Dan plays a crucial part in overseeing the Help Desk, the central support hub for all New Brunswick campuses. He is committed to ensuring that DCS staff effectively meets the diverse needs of faculty members. Furthermore, Dan is responsible for key administrative functions, including procurement and employee onboarding. His expertise in classroom technology allows him to provide valuable faculty training and oversee equipment installations, further enhancing the university's instructional capabilities.
