Join us for a day of presentations, workshops, panels, and more sessions related to active learning. The Rutgers Active Learning Symposium (RALS) serves as the Active Learning Community's once-a-year opportunity to come together with one another and guests to share teaching principles and practices in this exciting area. This years RALS will be on Monday May 23rd, entirely online and feature a keynote presentation and workshop from Dr. Stephen L. Chew. Dr. Chew has been a professor of psychology at Samford University since 1993. Trained as a cognitive psychologist, one of his primary research areas is the cognitive basis of effective teaching and learning.
