About Dan

Dan joined DCS as a Student Technician in 2008 while pursuing a B.A. in Information Technology and Infomatics. After completing his degree in 2012, Dan was promoted to Senior Support Specialist for the College Avenue campus where Dan provided advanced user support for faculty teaching in the afternoon and evening periods. As the Assistant Help Desk Supervisor, Dan assists faculty, repairs equipment, and helps our Help Desk receive and address reports of problems. Dan brings to DCS diverse experience in computing customer services, sales, and repairs that he applies to various aspects of our operation.
