Use this form to notify us about non-urgent issues relating to the DCS technology in one of the rooms we support.

If you would like to meet with our staff to receive training or troubleshoot a problem in one of our rooms, please complete this form.

DCS unlocks its equipment for every regularly scheduled class. If you would like to request additional equipment that is not already in your room or would like to ensure that your in-room equipment is available for a last minute booking, please fill out an Equipment Request Form.

All events, planned activities, conferences, and non-credit academic programs for 25 or more people hosted on university property will also require certification through the Event and Activity Certification System (EACS) that should be completed before submitting the OASIS Instructional Space Reservation Form above. Meetings associated with business and/or administration of the university do not need to be submitted for certification.

University Facilities is responsible for the repair, maintenance, replacement, renovations and construction, of all Rutgers University buildings, grounds and infrastructure.

OASIS manages space requests for various types of events and meetings in General Purpose Classrooms (GPCs) at Rutgers–New Brunswick.

Rutgers University Recognized Student Organizations may request classroom space on weekday evenings after classes conclude and on the weekends. The process is managed through the Student Centers Meetings and Events Office, which collects requests and forwards them to OASIS for processing.
