Senior Support Specialists
Stephanie Bond, Senior Support Specialist, first joined DCS as a Student Technician in 2011. She has since worked in all eight DCS annex offices and was part of our first team of Help Desk Support Specialists. In her current role at the Help Desk, Stephanie plays a central role in assisting faculty, dispatching on-campus staff, and administering faculty services. She is also central to our Support Specialist training and workshop promotion efforts. Stephanie is pursuing a B.A. in English Literature and Theater Arts, with a focus on acting and directing. She hopes to advance her deep interest in customer service and administration by pursuing a Master's of Education in College Student Affairs. In her spare time, Stephanie is an avid reader and theater-goer.
Evan Finkelstein, Senior Support Specialist, provides expert-level support for College Ave. classes. In this role, he assists faculty, performs advanced equipment repairs, and much more. He also assists our build and Help Desk teams. Evan first joined us in 2013 and quickly learned the ins and outs of DCS. As a Support Specialist, he was honored as one of Student Employment's top ten student workers. In addition to working with DCS as a Support Specialist, Evan majors in Information Technology & Informatics and Psychology.
Jeff Yuhas, Senior Support Specialist, has been a part of DCS since 2010, when he joined us as a Student Technician. Jeff received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers in May of 2014, including a certificate in packaging engineering. Jeff was an integral part of the team responsible for upgrading the renovated Tillett Hall during the summer of 2013. He now splits his focus between assisting DCS's build team and supporting faculty in the evenings on Busch Campus. Jeff is also an avid New Jersey Devils fan.
